Are you looking for new inspiration in your practice or fitness routine?
If so, this is the class for you!
Our ‘Wild Card’ Classes are designed for students that want variety to their practice. Each week the class will be different and a great surprise! With several instructors taking this class, you can be sure to experience something new each time. This class may be a Yoga class or Pilates class, and it will be themed differently each week. This could be a technique class (do you need help with perfecting your downward dog or hand-stand..?), a core class, a class focusing on breathing and relaxation or just about anything else.
If you would like to advance your overall fitness while learning and experiencing new practices then join us for this 60 minute class!
Where: The Wellness Studio @ The Wellness Centre (Castle Quay)
When: Wednesdays @ 5.30 pm – 6.30 pm
How Much: £ 10 / class or £ 90.00 / 10 classes (includes all classes held at The Wellness Centre (Castle Quay).

Absolutely! Our team of instructors will all in their own way help you get fit. By combining different types of Yoga and Pilates (many classes focused specifically on core work), this should be a fun way for you to get fit with a great variety of classes :).
